Artistic Director of Danuta Baduszkowa Music Theater in Gdynia (1993-95),

Music Director of the First Channnel of Polish Radio (1994-96),

Deputy Director of the First Chanel of Polish TV on artistic matters (1996-98).

Initiator of Polish tour of world famous violin player Nigel Kennedy, cello player Mścisław Rostropowicz, initiator and organizer of cycle of programms "Elżbieta Penderecka zaprasza" ("Elżbieta Penderecka presents"), "Gawędy muzyczne Jerzego Waldorfa" ("Jerzy Waldorf's music chats"), satiric programme "Cafe Fusy" (featuring M. Ogórek, W. Młynarski, K. Jaroszyński, K. Daukszewicz ), music quiz show "Jaka to melodia" ("Guess the tune"), charity concert for victims of flood 1997, cycle of interviews with Agnieszka Osiecka entitled "Conversations from dusk till dawn" ("Rozmowy od zmierzchu do świtu"), one of the initiators of Polish Phonographic Industry Awards "Fryderyki", organizer and producer of "Zielono mi" concert (directed by Magda Umer) - a tribute to Agnieszka Osiecka, and a concert for 35th anniversary of Polish Song Festiwal in Opole (1998). Director of "Sopot Festival" (1986,87,96,97,98,99).

Initiator and organizer of world famous music stars Polish tours, among others: Deep Forest, Boyz II Man, Chris Rea, The Corrs, Lionel Richie, Whitney Houston, Bryan Adams, Tina Turner, creator of the new formula of Sopot Festiwal (1999) ethnic music concerts "Muzyczne Drogi Europy" ("Europe's Music Paths") Laureate of Minister of Culture and Arts Prize for "artistic activity for music theatre" (author of music for cult musical "Kolęda Nocka" based on text by Ernest Bryll - "Performance of the Year Award"- 1981), Awards of Programme Director of the First Channel of Polish Radio for the idea and realisation of the concert "Europe's Music Paths" (Sopot 1999) and many other prizes ( Composer of the Year, Music Arranger of the Year, Song of the Year, Golden Record, Golden Pen 2000).

Member of ZAIKS (Authors Association) and ZAKR (Association of Polish Authors and Composers). Author of over 300 songs, instrumental compositions, musical illustrations for films and theatre performances.
